WESD KidSpace

WESD KidSpace now offers online registration. To begin registration of one or all programs, you will need to set up an account here. This will be your new KidSpace account for registration of all programs. You will be able to access your account to view invoices, make payments and make contract schedule changes, etc. Please make sure to read all cost and fees as well as terms and conditions before submitting any contract. You will be required to enter credit/debit card information or ACH (checking) information to complete the online registration process.
After you complete the online registration process your contract will be pending until approved. All online registrations will be reviewed for approval within 3 business days. 
Be prepared to have the name and phone number of at least 4 emergency contacts and health care provider when registering.
Immunization records are required and may be requested prior to registration approval.
DES families must have authorization at each site location before approval. You must contact your case worker ASAP with the appropriate dates and school location.

NOTE: All KidSpace participants must be toilet trained to utilize any KidSpace program.

Fall Break Camp (will be held at Lookout Mountain Oct 6-10; Registration opens Sep 2)

You will be required to enter credit/debit card information or ACH (checking) information to complete the online registration process. Your provided payment method will be charged camp tuition plus registration fee immediately upon contract approval; funds must be available to register.

NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED STARTING OCTOBER 3, 2025. NO CREDITS/NO REFUNDS
There are no credits given for absences or unused contracted days for any reason (ex. Child suspension, illness, etc.)

DES families must have authorization at camp location before approval. You must contact your caseworker ASAP with the appropriate dates and school location (Break site name with temporary authorization Oct. 6-10). Registration will not be accepted without DES approval.

ECE Families for FALL BREAK (currently enrolled only)

Registration is required for attendance (must follow current ECE contracted schedule during break). Space is Limited and NOT guaranteed!!
Weekly fee is included in your October Monthly Tuition (unless DES)
$25 daily fee if in attendance outside of current ECE contracted schedule

NON-PERISHABLE LUNCH MUST BE BROUGHT FROM HOME

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL

KidSpace Before and After School program is offered on campus at 22 school locations. KidSpace offers weekly tuition for before and after school care. KidSpace is open from 6:30am to start of school then after school until 6:00pm.

Upon contract approval your provided payment method will be immediately charged the non-refundable registration fee and your first contracted week. Contract approval could take up to 3 business days for completion; funds must be available to register.

$50 single child family or $100 multi child family NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee
$40 PM Standard flat weekly rate
$15 AM Standard flat weekly rate

Accounts are invoiced on Mondays one week in advance to your contracted week.

KidSpace is a flat weekly rate. No credits/refunds given for holidays, school closure days, absences for any reason.

Schedule changes must be submitted online for approval and before the contracted week has been invoiced. (2 week notice)

After your contracted week has been invoiced there will be no approved changes or credits given. NO REFUNDS

EARLY CHILDHOOD ENRICHMENT (ECE program for children 4 years old)

KidSpace offers Early Childhood Enrichment on campus at 7 school locations including Abraham Lincoln, Chaparral, Ironwood, Lakeview, Lookout Mountain, Orangewood, and Roadrunner. ECE is a monthly tuition and offer 3 sessions to choose from. NOTE: All KidSpace ECE participants must be toilet trained and turn four (4) years old before 9/1/25 if enrolling for the month of August 2025.

Upon contract approval your provided payment method will be immediately charged the non-refundable registration fee plus one-month tuition. Contract approval could take up to 3 business days for completion; funds must be available to register. 

Monthly Tuition is the same amount every month regardless of the number of days/attendance within the month
