KidSpace Child Care Before-After School, ECE Early Childhood Enrichment (4-year-olds), Summer and Break Camps
WESD KidSpace now offers online registration. To begin registration of one or all programs, you will need to set up an account here. This will be your new KidSpace account for registration of all programs. You will be able to access your account to view invoices, make payments and make contract schedule changes, etc. Please make sure to read all cost and fees as well as terms and conditions before submitting any contract. NOTE: All KidSpace participants must be toilet trained to utilize any KidSpace program.
SPRING BREAK
Spring Break Camp will be held at the Lookout Mountain location March 17-21, 2025 and hours are 6:30am-6:00pm. Registration opens February 10, 2025 until site becomes full-SPACE IS LIMITED!
You will be required to enter credit/debit card information or ACH (checking) information to complete the online registration process. Your provided payment method will be charged immediately upon contract approval; funds must be available.
$160 Standard flat weekly rate per child
$135 Older Sibling/WESD Employee flat weekly rate per child
$25 non-refundable registration fee single child; $50 multi child starts March 3, 2025
$25 cancellation fee per child if cancelling before March 14, 2025
NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED STARTING MARCH 14, 2025. NO CREDITS/NO REFUNDS
There are no credits given for absences for any reason (ex. Child suspension, illness, etc.)
DES families must have authorization at camp site location before approval. You must contact your caseworker ASAP with the appropriate dates and school location (Break site name with temporary authorization Feb. 17-21). Registration will not be accepted without DES approval.
ECE Children for SPRING BREAK (must be currently enrolled in ECE)
Registration for Spring Break is required for attendance (must follow current contracted schedule during break). Space is Limited and not guaranteed!

SUMMER CAMP
KidSpace Summer Camp will be held at the Chaparral and Lookout Mountain KidSpace Locations. Summer Camp runs May 21-July 25, 2025 and hours are 6:30am-6:00pm. Registration opens March 10, 2025 until weeks becomes full.
Upon contract approval your provided payment method will be immediately charged the non-refundable registration fee and your first contracted week. Contract approval could take up to 3 business days for completion; funds must be available to register.
$50 per child or $100 if more than 1 child NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee ($10/$20 if before March 31st)
$96 week of May 21-23 only and/or $81 older sibling/WESD employee discount
$10 Additional Camp Shirt Fee
No cancellations accepted once contracted week has been invoiced

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL
KidSpace Before and After School program is offered on campus at 23 school locations. KidSpace offers weekly tuition for before and after school care. KidSpace is open from 6:30am to start of school then after school until 6:00pm.
Accounts are invoiced on Mondays one week in advance to your contracted week.
KidSpace is a flat weekly rate. No credits/refunds given for holidays, school closure days, absences for any reason.
Schedule changes must be submitted online for approval and before the contracted week has been invoiced. (2 week notice)
After your contracted week has been invoiced there will be no approved changes or credits given. NO REFUNDS
EARLY CHILDHOOD ENRICHMENT (ECE program for children 4 years old)
KidSpace offers Early Childhood Enrichment on campus at 7 school locations including Abraham Lincoln, Chaparral, Ironwood, Lakeview, Lookout Mountain (Lookout Mountain registration is by invitation only), Orangewood, and Roadrunner. ECE is a monthly tuition and offer 3 sessions to choose from. NOTE: All KidSpace ECE participants must be toilet trained and turn four (4) years old by 9/1/24.
Upon contract approval your provided payment method will be immediately charged the non-refundable registration fee plus one-month tuition. Contract approval could take up to 3 business days for completion; funds must be available to register.
Monthly Tuition is the same amount every month regardless of the number of days/attendance within the month
ECE Families enrolling a 4 year old only must submit a copy of the following forms to KidSpacecontracts@wesdschools.org before registration will be approved
